  2. I have Roberta Shapiro’s Sleep Solutions and Goodbye Worries CDs and I must say that both are wonderful. I have so many CDs of this type in my collection, but these are truly a gift. I highly recommend both. If you have any sleep or anxiety issues, don’t hesitate to purchase these!

  4. Everyone should know how Roberta is the best therapist that anyone can find. I went to my dentist and I filled my cavity without any Novacaine…without anything except for my thoughts replaying our hypnosis sessions. It was truly amazing and doable! Whoever thinks they can’t do it, try it! All you need is hypnosis and then think of Roberta’s calming voice in your mind.

  5. Dear Roberta,

How do I overcome post-traumatic stress disorder? I don’t have a lot of money for therapy, but am going through a very hard time. I was mugged at gun point, and I feel paranoid now that I’m going to get hurt. I live in Miami and wish I could afford to come see you, but I can’t.

    Thanks so much,

    • Hi, Audriana- I am so very sorry you went through something so difficult. There are therapy resources available at very low cost, such as Catholic or Jewish Family Services. I highly recommend that you seek a professional to help you work through this. I have a newsletter written on the subject of post traumatic stress and if you email me at RobertaShapiro305@gmail.com I will be most happy to send it to you.
      My best wishes to you,
      Roberta
